Installation that never stops.

Hello, I have a problem with native access, especially during installation. Once downloaded, the installation phase never ends. And I still waited 3 days before intervening. I currently have a very short path (/c). I can't uninstall kinectic metal because it's not uninstalled. And there's no corresponding file in my computer's files. What's more, native access blocks the installation of kinectic, even if I reboot my PC, uninstall and then reinstall native access, log out or log back in to my account. It's always blocked at the installation stage.
If anyone has a solution other than what I've already tried, I'm interested. Thanks in advance and have a nice day.

Have you tried with our little uninstall tool that you can find here? Fixing Software Update Installation Issues (Windows)

    USE English ! :

You need to make sure that you have plenty of space on both system drive for temp files and on both download and Content destination also.

Then , alas N.A. often is not capable to recover from failed download by itself.

If you have a persistently failing download that is stuck downloading even when you open N.A. again then this is what you must do :

    Exit N.A:

    Uninstall N.A.

Delete the Native Access folder from %AppData%\Native Instruments\

Delete content of your Download folder

Delete Kinetic Metal from C:\Users\Public\Documents\Native Instruments\installed_products

Remove Kinetic Metal in the NI reg tool list

Delete the Kinetic Metal XML from %ProgramFiles%\Common Files\Native Instruments\Service Center

Delete the Native Access XML from %ProgramFiles%\Common Files\Native Instruments\Service Center

    Reboot PC

Then download and install as an Admin latest version of Native Access for your OS

The above does not remove the NTKDaemon so you ought to be logged in right after a successful installation of N.A. and the operation ought to have cleared the download stuck.

Then try download Kinetic Metal again
