Z1MK2 and x1Mk3

Hello all,

I´m having trouble connecting my controllers to Traktor Pro 4. I have added the serial number and managed to download the program. I have connected everything but traktor doesn´t seem to recognise the machines. The x1 is flashing some lights but the z1 isn´t. If anyone could give me some pointers, that would be great.

Check if the NIHardwareAgent is running in the background (point 5 of this support article):
