I purchased KOMPLETE 14 STANDARD Upgrade for KSelect DL in November 2023 and I can't use it

Hi,
I purchased KOMPLETE 14 STANDARD Upgrade for KSelect DL in November 2023 and installed it today after some time without using it and my serial number gives an error and the digital instruments with the session bassit for example stay in DEMO mode. Have I lost access to my purchase?

Hello cristianomenger, I deleted the photo including the reference number on your previous post, due to security reasons for your information.
According to showing as demo issue,
If your product opens as demo or shows a demo warning in Native Access or does not show at all, first of all, please make sure you are logged in to Native Access with the correct email address where you have your products registered. If you do not login with the right email address your product will appear with a demo warning.
If you have made sure you are logged in with the correct email address, please go to the following directories listed below that pertains to your operating system:
For Mac:
Mac HD > Library > Application Support > Native Instruments > Service CenterFor Windows:
C:\Program Files\Common Files\Native Instruments\Service CenterThen delete the following .xml files:
Native Access.xml
NAME OF PRODUCT IN DEMO MODE.xmlShould that not help either, please go to the following article and thoroughly go through all the steps to make sure you get the desired result:
Native Access Error Message: "Activation failed...Internal error during activation"
Restart your computer and Native Access afterwards.

First thing to do is login to your official NI acct via the Native Instruments website and confirm your product listing. If all is well in there AND Komplete 14 Standard is listed - you do not need to add a serial.
You should be able to simply install Native Access 3.17.0 (or higher) and get to installing your specific products.
