Numark 4trak not mapping

Hello,

I recently got a Numark 4trak board and purchased Traktor 4 Pro under the impression setup was going to be easy. It's been a nightmare, the .tsi file refuses to map correctly to the board.

If anyone has anything to help please let me know, I'm going insane.

Below is the file I am importing from the official Native Instruments website, the window that appears when i load it in, and the controller manager screen afterwards.

What you are looking at is a computer keyboard mapping that doesn't have any affect on your MIDI controller.

Please click on the Devoces menu and screencapture all devices in there like I did for my FLX4 in the following example.

Please open the 'device' dropdown and post the screenshot.

It only has this input, whereas the Audio Device dropdown recognizes the 4trak usb input.

I believe it is because my computer operates on Windows 11; the official compatibility list from Numark does not include the 4trak.

    Any input would be appreciated.

Yes, I know. That is the only device that it shows. It does not seem to recognize the 4trak at all. However, interestingly it recognizes the audio driver under the audio setup tab.
