Maschine Mikro Setup: Factory Sounds not showing on Native Access app.

I just got the Maschine Mikro Mk3 and downloaded the latest version of Native Access. I was able to download the Maschine 2 Essentials software but the Maschine Factory Sounds download option does not show up on Native Access. I reinstalled the NA app and Maschine 2 Essentials but the issue persists. I have registered my serial number on the NA app but the Maschine Factory Sounds pack (or any other pack) still does not show.

How do I fix this issue?

P.S. The Maschine 2 software works fine but I'm wondering if I need to download third-party packs if the NA app is not cooperating.

    Did you just buy the Maschine? If you did you should have Maschine 3 and the Maschine Central content pack rather than the Maschine 2 software and the cut down Maschine Essentials library.
