Finally there is a happy ending to this story.

After two rejections over two weeks claiming that I did not have the rights to release my own original music made with NI Komplete, I have been approved.

It was still rejected for Content ID, which Im looking into still. Will report back on that.

The process was byzantine to say the least. I'm not 100% convinced that the rejection really had anything to do with fingerprinting or automated service identifying copyrighted works. I honestly think it was just making a process more complicated and time-consuming to ensure thoroughness or compliance with rules.

I read somewhere that someone just uploaded a made up letterhead saying thet they have the rights to the music and that got them past the rejection.

What an annoying process that was solved by presenting the NI EULA.

Im attaching the "Proof of rights" that got me past the gatekeeper. This could probably be used by others to use as proof regarding NI Komplete products.

Thanks to everyone who chimed in on this post and for the great feedback and suggestions.

    ✌️🖤🎶

I remain convinced that the streamer's practices probably hurt the innocent, law-abiding people who PAY FOR their software than anybody who might be thieving it.
