8DIO library - End of Life Support (When ?)

Everything goes EOL eventually. But when it comes to content libraries (be it 8Dio or whoever) - this is really not about the library - it is about Kontakt.
That is where the rubber meets the road - when your OS or computer or the passage of time (OR the version of Native Access) no longer permits you to install (or authorize) the latest version of Kontakt.
This is usually the flash point for most users on whether you can run an old 8Dio library or not.

I am amazed and pleased by the lively participation.
Of course, everything ends... but sometimes a Status Q is quite good ;-)
