    At this point, I'm very confused and becoming more frustrated by the minute.

    My apologies for having caused this frustration and confusion. At this point , to not cause further confusion , then I suggest that we leave it to N.I. employees to assist you since they will be able to help you better

    I must say, that REGARDLESS of what I have, what is being offered to me on NI's site should be honored.

    Again , my apologies for having caused you frustration and stress. It never were my intention. But as told earlier then I do not have access to any information about what you have other than what you tell me. And at the same time I am also trying to provide the best advice that I can. To recap. If the highest tier Komplete bundle product that you have is Select then an upgrade to Standard is suitable. If however you have Komplete Standard (or any to me unknown product that counts as the same) then it would be a waste of your money to 'update' to Komplete 15 Standard and it would be much better spent money for you to wait for a %50 off sale off Upgrades and then upgrade to Ultimate instead since that is what you really want.

    It's past midnight here and I have to sign off for now.

    I hope that you get the best purchase and solution that you can possibly get.

    If the Komplete upgrade 12 Select means upgrade to Komplete 12 Standard (?) then you qualify for the Upgrade to Ultimate. If so then I suggest that you do not waste your time or money on the $200 Update to 15 Standard , instead wait for a sale with %50 off Upgrades and get the Ultimate upgrade $299 then (much better deal since you want Ultimate) Also even if you wanted the Update to K15 Standard then as far as I can see then that is not discounted now and if so then it ought to be cheaper when discounted.

    I only came onboard here at Komplete 14 so my apologies once more for having too little knowledge about K12. You ought to be able to see at column U of products tab page here if you have the K12 Standard , which it looks to me if you have

    If you have K12 Standard then you will have products such as Absynth 5 and full versions of Kontakt 6 , Guitar Rig 5 Pro and Reaktor 6 , Battery 4 and Massive X

    This is crazy. I can't get my message submitted and no way to SPEAK with anyone at the link to sent. No Customer Care specialist, just an AI CHAT. It just keeps looping. I'll attach a pdf of what I wrote. Is there NO WAY to TALK to someone? @PoorFellow now my cart price has changed from $199 to $159 and I haven't changed a thing... Yes, MORE CONFUSION.

    I'm almost ready to give up on NI and just walk away...

    Sorry that you're having issues with our support. What is happening exactly? The chatbot should forward you to a chat agent.

    What message do you get? If no agent is free for a long period of time you should get the message that an email request was made and that my colleagues will get back to you later.

    It just kept looping, "I can't find an answer, rephrase...", etc. After three loops, it told me to wait for a chat agent. I waited over 45 mins. Nothing...

    Then I got a reply to the ticket you submitted (thank you). I submitted all the info again via email, and now waiting...

    I went back and reviewed ALL my options, i.e., My KOMPLETE offers, What's New for me, Best Option for me, etc. And I STILL don't get it. KSELECT vs SELECT vs UPDATE vs UPGRADE… ?

    After all this, I don't know what I have now (kSelect 12), compared to what I would get by moving on to 15. Does kSelect then become FULL?

    NI hasn't offered a purchasing system that's easy to use. In fact, just the opposite.

    I realize that all this probably makes me appear like an idiot to you, but I am not, I assure you. It truely is THAT confusing…

    Thanks for the help you provided. I assume the ticket will get resolved eventually, and I'll either buy something, or just walk away.

    Not at all, I'm just genuinely sorry that you experienced this. This last sales special has been challenging as offers and prices vary from week to week, making it difficult for customers to see what's going on. I'm glad that you finally succeeded to submit a request. I assume the chat is very busy at the moment and that would explain it getting buggy. I'll also forward the experience to our team. The plan is to improve this chatbot and customer journey early next year.

    They changed the offer since today , to also give a %20 discount on Upgrades from previous versions . On top of that then as far as I can see then they are either only offering the discount for Upgrades (doesn't mention updates from previous versions) or N.I. are not using the right wording,.

    Just came here to add my two cents. I own Select 14 with KK S61 MK2, but I don't see any upgrade option for buying Standard. Why it's not there at all ? I just have Full and Update, are Upgades disabled ?

    I would like to removed my previous post because I have just noticed that the upgrade was in fact disabled.
