Turning Kontakt 7 into Nagware?
Turning Kontakt 7 into Nagware? Really? Are you folks at Native Instruments completely crazy?
I was at the fence to buy Kontakt 8. Not anymore. I do not support such backyard business practices. I will now have a look to replace all my NI stuff. And warn any potential buyer. I have better things to do than to click away a nagware hint.
Where can i turn this off? Is there a way to roll back to a previous Kontakt 7 version maybe? As told, i bought a full version. And i want it to use as a full version.

[EDIT] : Quote this discussion : The below setting ought to fix the problem. Also it requires opening up Kontakt7 outside of Komplete Kontrol to accomplish since the option in question isn't visible when opening KK.

Thanks for your opinion and advice @PoorFellow
Of course i have a strong opinion here, this influences my workflow. As told, this popup turned Kontakt 7 into nagware. This is not what i have bought.
I have a ticket open now. But sheesh, even this was a challenge. I don't get it why Native Instruments puts up so much hurdles, and tries to produce so much unhappy users. I am ways not the only person who moans about the sad state of Native Instruments nowadays.

Did you try the setting in Kontakt 7 ?
After I wrote my answer to you then I found the discussion that I have referred to in my edit of my answer and it appear as my initial guess about trying to change the Kontakt 7 setting were correct, so I decided to edit my answer to you, which alas happened after that you had already read my answer, sorry about that . Yes i have found the setting. And it fixes indeed the problem. I can continue with my work without the Kontakt 8 nagscreen anymore. Many thanks :)
