The path to the json file they show you is wrong.
Look here instead, and the issue will be solved.
    "/Users/Shared/Native Instruments/installed_products/{product}.json"

this is great…however and i hate to be that person. Where is the delete everything button? Hopefully in the future. I only bring that up because based on various issues people seem to have it seems much easier to just completely remove everything and start off with fresh installs. I am currently using IObit uninstaller waiting to uninstall 115 items. for whatever reason I have samples missing and instruments not functioning properly through VST function. I've gone through all of the library locations and rescanned for everything. Reinstalled stuff through native access and tried using the maintenance tab for library and product finding. this software has been the biggest pain in my ass lately….by software I mean the entire collection of Native Instruments

But following the uninstall instructions to a T (except for the .json file which directs to the completely wrong volume) results in the product being in repair state, even after restarting.

How do we remove it from repair state other than repairing/reinstalling it?

Also, if ya'll could point the uninstallation instructions to the correct locations that'd be pretty not bad.

Ah, thanks. I though I had everything deleted.

Turns out there are TWO .json files to delete. Neither of which are where NI says they are lol.

    The other being /Users/username/Library/Application Support/Native Instruments/product name/product name.json
