How can I put a melody or a sound track on machine software using mk3, and make a beat on it?
I am an old school Protools user, which is everything is clear in tracks, I am very confused about something since years now using ****** software machine, how can I put a made already song or melody on machine to make a beat for it?
should I chop it !!!? but I dont want to
I want to make a beat on maschine after composing and recording it on protools? thats it. easy it should be.
I dont know why we dont have yet normal Abelton / Protools tracks that we can manage easily!!!! is maschine not a full daw yet?

so, it’s really easy. You can import the melody loop into a pad in a “audio” track or “sampler” track.
The audio track will stretch the tempo to whichever tempo the track is. The sampler track will be just like old school samplers and tune it base on the midi key press.
Hope that helps!
