Bug on tracktor 4 licence
I've buy an upgrade for tracktor in order to get the tracktor 4 and i can't see the product on native access …. please help …

Hello,
you must have gotten an email with a serial, you have to enter that serial in native access. Traktor 4 will not appear in native access right after you've bought it.

Try to update your Native Access to the last version.

And make sure your operating system is compatible.

Supported operating systems are Mac OS 12 and above and Windows 10 and above.
