Bug on tracktor 4 licence

I've buy an upgrade for tracktor in order to get the tracktor 4 and i can't see the product on native access …. please help …

Hello,

you must have gotten an email with a serial, you have to enter that serial in native access. Traktor 4 will not appear in native access right after you've bought it.

Try to update your Native Access to the last version.
