ERROR-KONTAKT COULD NOT BE LOADED

Greetings.
I need help, please respond.If you know how to solve this issue and can definitely do it, I will be grateful.
The problem is the following.
I decided to establish a new fresher contact , I had Kontakt 6 (mac os high sierra 10.13.6) accordingly, I did not get up fresher, I installed an older version on top of the new one again.After that, writes -

. I work in NI Maschine mk3. the sounds themselves are played in contact in the prog.but when loading, there is such an inscription.I tried deleting and re-downloading it from native access, it didn't help.I demolished the whole car and all the plugins that I found, I put the car itself back on and all the plugins again, again the same song.

Before all the manipulations, the contact worked fine

You can also check if you have those libraries with the mentioned versions and if you have a newer version, then they won't open in kontakt 6 (player)

I will also check the preset in your picture and from what library it is.

Hello,

what kontakt version(s) do you used before and what version(s) do you have installed now? In preferences there is a setting called "always use latest version" or similar, try to disable it. Also check settings/plugins if you see there kontakt as plugin listed, again what version and is it activated.

Thank you for writing. I didn't pay attention to what kind of contact it was. here's a screenshot of what's worth it now. it's strange that the sounds are playing in maschine, but they don't load.

The sound you hear is the preview sound, it comes from a sample and has nothing to do with kontakt working or not, have you ch checked in native accessy that kontakt 6 or 7 full is installed, and everything up to date.
