I never met so stupid program like native acces, can somebody help me? because i cant use anymore my vst's, I lost to much time on this and cant manage to get it work!

Instalation paths are old, and dont exist now, because I have intalled new disc, they cant be changed

Relocate doesnt work as it supposed to

reinstall doesnt work as is supposed to

Why its made like this? reinstalling native acces doesnt help because it remembers old paths in old disc.

I have a lot vst on my computer from other companies and never had a problem with this, but this stupidity is just overwhelming

please help me 😭

@Kostek Well, the A and B drives are usually reserved for floppy disks and removable drives, if you named one of your hard drives A or B, that could be the source of your problem. We'd suggest to try to give this drive another letter: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Drive_letter_assignment

    Hey thank you for answering

So there is no way to just relocate my native instruments vst? The only way is to change letter of disc to old one, that will change all adresses of all other programs Im using (cubase projects, ableton projects, other vst's from other companies, other libraries for other vst's companies, games installs, repositories for game developments)? it seems like small hell (or big one) for person who works every day with sound and a lot of hours (or days) to get my work place to be like it is now. And its hard to believe that one chosen path will stick with me for a lifetime

Maybe I can just delete this information where it was before (this disc E:) and type new one? this would be much better. Is there some line of code where I can clean it?

Or maybe You can somehow clean my native acces installation paths?

    Try the following :

For e.g. Komplete Kontrol or Guitar Rig 6 substitute the 'insert program name'

    Exit Native Access then

Delete the 'insert program name' XML from %ProgramFiles%\Common Files\Native Instruments\Service Center

Delete the 'insert program name' %ProgramFiles%\Native Instruments

Delete the 'insert program name' %ProgramFiles%\Common Files\Native Instruments

Delete the 'insert program name' C:\Users\Public\Documents\Native Instruments\installed_products

Run the N.I. reg tool to remove and delete the 'insert program name'

P.S. In my opinion it's a very bad idea installing the apps themselves or the plugins to any other location than the system drive. What should be changed is Download location and Content location. App and VST ought to be left as default is.

You don't need to delete anything, just choose a valid drive and drive letter and then follow these steps: Moving a Native Instruments Product to Another Location on Your Computer
