Komplete 13 bundle upgrade license transfer question

If someone bought something directly from NI like an upgrade they can not actually use/redeem then they can probably get a refund from N.I. after explaining the mishap ! (not being a N.I: employee I am not in a position to make promises but I think that that's usually how it works !) . Just contact N.I. Purchase and Account Support !
