Hi, I'm having an issue with Playbox where there is a constant background 'bad vinyl' hiss and crackle when playing (using S88 Mk3 and playing through Komplete Kontrol). It doesn't seem to be an issue with any other instrument (but haven't tried everything) and I assume it's not supposed to be there because it isn't present on the previews but is present when playing every preset.
I've tried all the usual things, and some less usual - try different USB ports, disconnect ethernet, optimise power settings, switching ASIO drivers, increasing buffers etc. Nothing has worked.
Is this a known issue, or any suggestions on how to fix this?
It happens in pretty much every scenario - playing directly through Komplete or Kontact, or recording and playing back in a DAW.
