My Tp3 not showing in my Native Access

I purchased a TP3 update last July 2023, paid for it via paypal, received the invoiced, status shipped on my NI account but only showing DEMO on my Native access. I'm using my other TP3 license registered on my other account so I just recently checked this. Pleased help.
