MK3 only flashes lights upon start up. No longer connects to software.

HELP ME, been MONTHS that I've been trying to get an answer to my problem. Out of nowhere one day my MK3 hardware just stopped working, just flashes lights from the bottom right towards the top left, repeatedly and will not connect to my software. Ive followed all the steps NI has provided me thus far an nothing has helped. This is my last chance before I have to send it in so any suggestions are appreciated!

    @FEJS I went over your support requests. If you have tried it on another computer and it's behaving the same, it's clearly a hardware issue. My colleagues will get back to you on how to proceed for the repair/return.
