Content Install Failed

I'm trying to install the Maschine 2 Factory selection and even tried the Reaktor Factory selection and they both keep coming up as failed. Any ideas? I'm on a Mac Studio M1 running Ventura. In Native Access preferences I have setup to install content to an external drive. I have set all permissions for the drive and in security gave full drive access to native access. I even tried to install on my local drive with no luck. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
