Songs won't play

Can anyone help please? Traktor pro 3 was working fine, but now the songs won't play. it allows me to drag a song into the deck, but nothing happens when I press play.

I have updated the software and re-booted my laptop (Windows 10), but still it won't play.

    Hello,

    have you checked audio settings, it can happen if no driver is selected you have exactly that behavior.

    That makes sense. I usually use the software with my laptop connected to my Pioneer DJM-450, but I was trying to practice some mixing without it being connected to the mixer. Thank you.
