Firmware issues - hardware not recognized

I trying to get my firmware to be recognize my hardware but my audio is fine as you can see ,but my komplete kontrol Mk2 and Machine mk3 is not being seen. The serial # or installed firmware is not being recognized .

How can i fix this , I,m working with Catilina Os.

If you have any suggestions I,m open ears.

I can use the help.
