Indeed; when i turn the knob it change the template but the LOAD button still in grey.

If i press it while holding shift i enter the configuration menu from the preset.

If i quit the shift button it wont work.

    Any other buttons react normaly.

And if i launch live, while being in this configuration menu i can see a bunch of stuf being triggred by maschine, but with no sense.

I'm gonna try to create a basic template by myself just to verify it'll load.

    Thanks for your answer.

    If anyone got an idea..

    Cheers

I tried and it stays grey, also if you select another template. What if you open controller editor there you can also load different presets into maschine and/or select them does it then change? So once you are on the template page and you select another template, you just press load, not shift and whatever, then of course it will not work. Or do you mean you have to hold shift all the time to see the load button, to stay on the template page?

you can create a new template here and report if you solved the problem or need further help.

I also have this issue. It's infuriating that it doesn't appear to have a workable solution. Certain templates from some DAWs (ie - Bitwig), require that there be no Pad Page entry, which, of course, raises that problem. Bitwig washes their hands of it (blaming NI), and NI hasn't fixed it.

Is there a way to get NI to notice this issue? (Let alone fix it)?

Unfortunately with those kind of templates you have to use controller editor to switch from that preset to another. As D-One pointed out there is an issue with templates that don't use the pages at all.

@indigomirage Well, these arrow buttons are used to navigate between templates when in MIDI mode so these should simply not have an assignment. I'll try to get in touch with Bitwig, do you have other DAW examples of templates where these buttons are assigned? I noticed that it's a common trait of the MCU Transport we provide, will also try to see if this is changeable.
