komplete 13 ultimate disappeared

I had komplete 13 ultimate downloaded into native access. I went to Vegas and my laptop got stolen there. I now have a new computer, but when I log into native access, Komplete 13 ultimate is no where to be found ? help please, does anyone know what could have happened ?

    are you saying that there no downloads available in Native Access? (Besides the free stuff?) If you are logging in with the same Email/Pword you used for purchase, all should be available...if this is not the case, then contact Account Support (I suggest the Chat if its online)...

    Exactly, I can’t find the other instruments and I remember, it was a lot of them, but now all I have is the free stuff that comes with komplete start, and I am using the same email just had to change my password. Thanks btw
