Audio 8 Dj USB connection problem

Hey ,

I've bought recently an Audio 8 Dj and when I connected it to my computer the usb light is flashing and its not recognized in my pc , I tried re-installing the drivers but in vain , please help , (I use windows 10)

Hello,

sounds to me like an connection issue, have you tried another cable and another USB port? You can also try, only for testing purposes, to push the connector on the interface gently (!!!) to one side and hold it, try again, maybe it is loose. Also look inside the socket, if it looks normal, with the plastic block in the middle holding the 4 contacts pushing inside the plug.
