My last question was closed without conclusion.

I did subscribe for a year from the Pro Plus landing page, but got no email with anything about 3 months access to streaming services.

    I'm in the same boat where I've subscribed for a year but not received any e-mails for the 3 month access codes. Any advice on what steps to take/who to contact?

    Same here! Subscribed yesterday the One-Year and no Activation for Beatport. Got an Ticket up since 5pm yesterday but no answer
