cant get Maschine MK3 to work on PC

I have a Maschine MK3, witch works perfectly on my IMac...

but I have tryied to install it on my PC laptop with windows10 and cant get it to work

I connect via USB

When I start the program up on the computer, it connects with Maschine... but only one way.

Everything on the Maschine is locked. No buttons react. I can load in pattens in the software. but not on Maschine. - Its like its locked...

I have updatet every possible driver and tryed new USB cables... and so fouth...

Haven anybody som suggestion to what to do?

Unforntuanally not... we did those two yesterday... but no luck

There was several drivers, that needed to be updated... but

Maschine still stays locked on PC... but still works fine on my mac?
