Any help for Komplete Kontrol software freeze while scanning plugins ?

    I get Iris 2 crash reporter. so far no response from Izotope. I've uninstalled all instances of Iris and libraries and still get the crash reporter and can't start up Maschine 2

    It's not anything that Izotope can fix. I don't have any problems with Iris 2 doing this, so it's not like they can chase this down for you.

    It's more likely that you have SOMETHING out there as a loose end from your de-install. Like maybe a process that keeps getting started, or a startup thing that didn't get de-installed with everything elses. You need to chase this down, maybe in your registry (if you're on Windows) and maybe on your hard drive.

    Once you have COMPLETELY gotten rid all the leftover detritus of Iris, you can probably just install it fresh and everything will probably be fine.
