Bought KOMPLETE 13 ULTIMATE - Only free player loads

I am livid. I can't use a ton of my older libraries and subsequently had to turn down clients. How do I get rid of the free player and have logic recognizer my full version?

    First you need to determine what's causing this. What exactly does it tell you in the Native Access application? Does it mention the full version or the players?

    In other words: is this a licensing or N.A. based issue or a Logic issue where it doesn't pick up the proper plugins?

    In the meantime, are you sure you entered your correct credentials in Native Access ? Does Native Access have Full Disk Access ? How to Enable Full Disk Access on macOS
