Battery 4 Compatibility - Possible to Label notes in Ableton Piano Roll?

Is it possible to make the names of the drum samples show up when I go to the piano roll? (Like how Ableton Drum Racks work).

    You would need to create Drum Maps for the Battery Kits. Here is a video on making Drum Maps in Ableton for a Kontakt kit. The principal would be the same for Battery.

    IMO it's way easier to wrap Battery in a drum rack and use it that way and you also have all your drum programming functionality when using Push.... The way that video shows is possibly because they are not sure on how to make it from a drum rack or just demonstrating how to use basic midi mode to label the elements but it's a lot of hassle.

    You can easily wrap Battery (or any drum plugin) into a drum rack and even setup coloured pads (if you use push) and group elements together and assign to separate drum busses for EQ or effects and missing within Live, all within a single drum module.
