Maschine Software not Available in Native Access

I am signed in to Native access. I have registered the SN. My MacOS is compatible, but the Machine software is not showing up for me to install on my new computer. All my expansion packs and other software are all in there. I have switched on to show legacy products. I've logged out and back in. This has been my Machine since newly purchased. It's been about an hour and it still is not there after signing in again. Any help would be appreciated. I'm trying to get it all set up so I can test functionality with Traktor Pro4 (Traktor Control S4) before I purchase Traktor Pro 4. Thanks.

Hello JONK, I checked your account and it seems like you have created a support ticket and got an answer from one of my colleagues already. It seems like there was a misunderstanding about the software coming with the Maschine MK2, as it is supposed to come with Maschine 1(which is not supported from our systems anymore) instead of Maschine 2. In case you would like to use Maschine software, you will need to get Msachine 3.

I use Ventura 13.2.1. The compatibility chart on here lists Maschine mk2.

….with Maschine 2 software, yes. With Maschine 3 software, no.

It is a Maschine MK2. I put that as a tag and mentioned legacy products, but I should have said that.

As far as I can see for Ventura from 2.16.0 maschine 2 software is supported. 3 of course too but then your maschine hardware is not supported by that software. So it should work with maschine software 2 and you should see it. Maybe try this:

When I click the "Download Via Native Access" Link on the products page, it always just brings me to the Native Access install page (to install NA, which I already have). I've uninstalled it a few times and it's the correct one. I deleted the NativeAccess.xml and restarted and refreshed, but that didn't do the trick, either. Thanks for all the help.

You could also try to log out and in again, check also that the email is the same as you use here where you see your products online. Or after deleting the XML file, restart your computer and try again. If that all does not work we maybe need help from support, they have a tool to analyze what's going on and can then guide you based on that.
