Not able to purchase upgrade of Kontakt 8

For some reason I can't get Kontakt 8 to show up in my cart. I have K7 and the NI website shows my upgrade cost at $99. When I click on the "Add to Cart", it shows that it is busy for about a second, but the cart count isn't incremented and it remains empty. I have tried adding other products and they show up in the cart. I have the latest version of Native Access and my macOS is up to date (just not running Sequoia yet)
