Issues with brand new s61 keyboard key velocity

    I've tried to fix the velocity issue with no resolve. I was even gonna try to look past it but the keyboard is almost unplayable with the blaring middle C note blasting the way it does. I've never in my life seen an electric keyboard come with one note playing way louder than any other note on the keyboard. Is there a solution to this? I was hoping to try to just let it go but its unplayable with this note like this. Please help, anyone.

    Hello everyone,

    My s61 Mk3 started doing the same thing but with the F# key above middle C. It is beyond frustrating as I can see the same issue you all are mentioning. I have traced midi velocity on the key, with minimal push it registers at 111-127, every other key registers at roughly 30 - 33 velocity. I have shelved the keyboard for now and hope for any advice. I have tried placing the velocity on soft 3, no luck. Fixed velocity is absolutely not feasible with film composition.
