Problem with Century Strings

I can't download Century Strings. I tried for more than two weeks now and always have error messages. I contacted NI Support, but didn't hear back. Can someone (member of the community or NI staff) please help me with this? My strong impression is that the software on NI's servers is corrupted b/c I tried to download this over various networks, through wifi or ehternet cables and it never worked. Thanks in advance for anyone who could provide help!

Have you been using latest version of Native Access for your OS ?

Do you have enough free space on your hard drive including enough free temp space on the system drive ?

Else turn off Proxy in Windows if on

and try checking Windows e.g. :

Fixing Software Update Installation Issues (Windows)

Use the System File Checker tool to repair missing or corrupted system files

Allow an app to access controlled folders

block third-party app installations in Windows 11/10 (for how to unblock)

If problem persists and you have already opened a ticket then please check your spam folder , also if you have previously used another email address at N.I. then it has been seen that N.I. support has used the old email address.

If problem persists and you do not find any emails from support then tag me like I do you here @FBR or use the "quote" function below my post and I will call customer care to check your ticket problem , they will then arrive here next week.

• yes, I have the latest version of Native Access (my OS is Windows 11)
• yes, I have plenty of space on my hard drive (brand new Dell XPS w/ 2TB hard drive)

I'll check Windows as you suggest.

I did contact Native Instruments support and have a ticket open #4490019 but haven't heard back for more than a week now. Checked my Spam: nothing there. Never used any other email address with them.
