I paid for the RX 11 product, the download link did not arrive in the mail. What to do?

The issue was resolved, they sent me the license number, and that's the reason!!Thank you all very much for your help.

So you now have RX 11 in Native Access or did they give you the serial for the iZotope Product Portal version ?
