I paid for the RX 11 product, the download link did not arrive in the mail. What to do?

The issue was resolved, they sent me the license number, and that's the reason!!Thank you all very much for your help.

There are no download links on e-mails.
You can install and activate your product through Native Access (or through iZotope portal).

The RX11 in the ORDER HISTORY section has been paid for! RX11 is missing in the MY PRODUCTS, SERIALS, AND DOWNLOADS section. No, it's not in the license list.What to do?

If you bought it though iZotope website, you should ask there.
If you bought it through Native Instruments website, then please contact NI Support, here:

I bought it on the NI website. The link you gave me eventually sends it back here. I need a real address to contact the sales department.

The link i gave you has a "Login" button at the bottom
After you login, a chat-box will open
If not automatically open, then please open it manually
(If you don't see it at all, please disable your browser's ad-blocker)
After answering a few questions there (usually with a simple yes or no), you will be forwarded to a real person, or if no one is available at the moment, you will have the choice to open a support ticket.

The order is there and paid for. The product is not in the My products install and NATIVE ACCESS section!

As you can see in the chat box, a support ticket was opened for you.
Soon, a NI employee will respond to you, through your email, not through chat.
Please be patient, as it might take 1-2 days if there are a lot of requests before yours. Also, take a look in your spam folder, in case the answer is there.
@Jeremy_NI might be able to speed-up the process for you. :-)

If you're on the latest version of Native Access 2 it should be listed there ready for installation. The link @Sunborn gave you is the link to download and install Native Access 2. Once that's installed you simply run Native Access and you should see RX 11 listed ready for installation. You select it in Native Access and designate install and the download and installation process happens without any intervention from you and it will show up in your list of latest downloads. After that it's fully functional and you can load it in your DAW within any track to use it.

I have the IZOTOPE app installed, but I bought the RX 11, y on the NATIVE website.

Please do not open duplicate discussions with the same subject! It won't change anything at all.

The portal app, not the RX11 app!
And it doesn't matter if you bought it from NI website, it is still an iZotope software.
If you did all the above, then please be patient and wait for response in your email.
Making duplicate posts here, will not help you. The NI support it will.
Note about the delay: Please be aware that, as in most modern jobs, the NI support employees do not working on weekends! Thus, they saw your ticket only yesterday.

Actually then RX 11 is now an app that you can install in Native Access so I am totally confused by the conversation here including response from support and Jeremy_NI.
If ASVmusic bought the RX11 on the N.I. site then as far as I know then it should be expected to be delivered in the Native Access app.
@ASVmusic , did you try the resetting the Native Access XML file ? , look at section 8 here : My Product is Missing in Native Access
