"Waiting" message in Traktor Pro 3 when trying to sync Phase remotes

Hello friends,

I've been using Phase remotes with Traktor Pro 3 with no issue for over a year. Today I discovered the remotes now will not connect, and Traktor is showing a "Waiting" message on the deck being used.

I've seen posts with this same issue resolved for MAC users by making sure that Traktor is allowed to use the Microphone, in the OS system settings. I am using Win 10, and cannot find a similar option in my sound settings. Searching online has yielded no information on how to solve the problem for a PC user.

Does anyone happen to know of a solution off hand?

    Hi @Jason Deal Does the remote blink when you get the waiting message? I remember seeing a video that the issue can be anything from firmware not updated to faulty cable. Have you got in touch with Phase as well so they can have a look?
