Can't activate traktor pro 3 in native acces

When I open the new installed traktor pro 3 software and I want to activate this product with my serials it jumps to Native acces but that's all wat happened besides a little turning wheel in the upper left corner of native acces window.

any suggestions…

What happens if you close Traktor, open native access by yourself and press the "add serial" button?

Also what version of native access are you using?
