Soundbank location ext ssd

I'm running Cubase 13 and every now and again my system can't locate the sound banks for complete control and I have to reconnect . Everything seems to be set, but then nothing works. Can someone remote asisst? PLEASE!

If everything works then at some point it stops then it might be that your external drive is disconnecting. Does it happen at particular times, eg after your Mac has gone to sleep? There are quite a lot of comments on the Apple forums about drives dropping out.

Are you using Clean My Mac or similar programs?
