So whats the real solution with uninstalling a DEMO product thats been bought 3 times now?!?
i really love how convenient it is that NATIVE INSTRUMENTS will always give you the opportunity to buy incorrect upgrades, or even buy the same product twice or 3 times, but getting the product out of demo mode is impossible.

getting the product out of demo mode is impossible.
The standard fix is the following Trouble shooter here : My Products Are Showing As DEMOin Native Access , especially '2. Your activation fails because of corrupted or missing activation tokens' and '3. You have corrupted XML files' (delete both NA XML and offending Kontakt product XML) then restart computer and log in again to see if that helps.
But considering your description then while you do not give even as much as a hint what is in demo then apparently then the problem can also be caused by having upgrades on account that you have removed or sold the base software of.
E.g. Quote NewBreedNet : "I got a reply by support. The issue is gone now. They had to remove an old Komplete update chain without a base licence from my account. These were licences i apparently used until saturday when they got invalidated after i deleted some NI folders and files.Unfortunately NA wasn't clever enough to figure out that i had another valid Komplete licence in my account."
So if the troubleshooter suggested above doesn't work and you are sure that you are logged into the correct account : you should be able to see any serials connected with your account on the MY PRODUCTS, SERIALS, AND DOWNLOADS page ,
Then If the problem persists then please contact N.I. Native Access and Installation Support .
