ntkdaemon won t install

Hi. I had native access and kontakt installed on my computer, it was working well. This week I purchased a new vst and since when, my native access ask me to install and when I run it, it try to install the ntkdaemon.exe. From there, it give me an error code that tell me to check if I have sufficient privileges to star system service. I tried everything. I checked the permissions in my windows accounts, all is good there. I unstalled native access multiple times and made shure all things were deleted (regedit.exe). All my firewall, antivirus, win defender are off. What I can do? I had native acces installed since I purchased guitar strumming vst from native instruments. The problem appears since I tried to install a new vst from Impact Soundwork. And now I can't use none. Thank you for your help and if this post is not in the right category please direct it.

Download and save latest version of Native Access for your OS to desktop

Then try removing/uninstalling both Native Access and NTKDaemon again

Then use the the NI reg tool to remove any remnants of both Native Access and NTKDaemon

Then reboot computer

then try reinstalling latest version of Native Access for your OS from your desktop as an Admin

If that fails then try the above again but only then after a fresh reboot then enable build in admin account and check if that helps.

Follow these steps and check if that helps. 

First you’ll need to open a command prompt in administrator mode by right-clicking and choosing “Run as administrator”.

Now type the following command:

net user administrator /active:yes

Then try installing the already downloaded latest version of Native Access for your OS from your desktop as an Admin.

If that also doesn't work then try the above again but only when you want to install N.A.then try starting Windows in safe mode and then enable the build in admin account as instructed above and then run the N.A. installer from the desktop as an Admin
