Disconnections between software and controller

Hello, I wanted to get support from you. I have the S4 MK3 and recently sometimes suddenly there are disconnections between it and the Traktor Pro 3 software on the computer. I would like to know what causes this and how to solve the problem.

Probably hardware related.

I would try with a different USB cable.

If that happens again it's probably broken hardware.

The music in the software on the computer continues to work. But on the kontroller, "Tractor" appears on the small screens as if it's restarting, which causes complete silence for two seconds.

This happens very differently... Sometimes it disconnects every few minutes, sometimes it disconnects every few seconds, and sometimes it works continuously for several hours.

And that's what drives me crazy that now it works well, and it's so hard for me to deal with the problem, and I can't take a picture of the problem.

But it happened to me twice before an event and really stressed me out. And I have to find out what caused it. Maybe there were Windows updates that I didn't update and that solved the problem.

I don't think the problem is with the cable because now I'm using the same cable and it works great.

I'd appreciate some advice!
