DEMO all my products???

Hello, I bought Komplete 15 ultimate, and when I installed kontakt 8, it appears as a DEMO on my 3 computers, and the bad thing is that it turned my other libraries that were fine previously into demos, native instruments do not have an email or phone number to solve this problem. problem, if anyone has had this happen and how do I solve it, thanks guys.

How many machines are you installing on?

What OS are you installing to?

And there is something else going on here - Decoded Forms and Deep Matter have nothing to do with Kontakt - those are Expansions.

Please try the fix suggested at the page that PK The DJ and LostInFoundation linked to , but first then be sure that you are using latest version of Native Access for your OS
