    Glad it worked. To answer your question, all scans are not forced because it would defeat the purpose of having a plugin scanning and quarantining process - plugin blacklists are there for a reason, to protect the host from being crashed by potentially faulty plugins. However once that plugin is fixed 'option/alt scan' allows for the blacklist to be reset so it gets scanned in again.
