so i was happy only with my massive, fm8 some reverbs etc, since NI daemon uses very much cpu and ram, i removed it because i was not dealing with new set ups of new softere and was not planing any lisence transfer etc. now when i insert synth or fxes to a channel in my daw, mc pc basiccaly freezes and they dont respond to my edits nor generate sounds.

it is really sad to me see things become so complicated just to run a vst3 file i paid for, it is really sad to me to see the topics are closed that talks about daemon

it is really sad to me to that i think of not to

    use my trusted softeare anymore.

yes i see there are blogs that ni says why it is imprortant to have daemon. but i dont care to do anything more from my side, that is including reading even a paragraph to solve my issue, it is not my job to save workload of ni engineers for copy protection, while they dont protect my aka customers comfort. i dont want to use any more ram or cpu while i dont use my daw even i have plenty- it is my ram and cpu. i dont like all this. will be a sad good bye for me, i know ni wont be stressed to lose one customer. but it was good times with my massive, stable rock solid sound paradise.

    bye bye ni

Every software company relies on such systems. It's not only about copy protection, it's also providing numerous products for thousands of customers. The NTKDaemon doesnt use that much resource.
