I can only reiterate what was said earlier in this very same thread.

The question was asked: we answered as best we could.

There is more about the roadmap I wish we could say, but is still confidential and cannot yet say.

And nor can I or anyone from NI comment on the livelihoods of specific people, or any personnel machinations related to people coming, going, or the reasons why. It feels both invasive and speculative, but I can't tell people how to think or feel; I can only get back to work and we'll see what people have to say about what we release over the next 12-18 months.
