New Computer, libraries not loading

Hello, I recently acquired a new PC. I transferred my programs and such over to the new computer. For some reason when I open kontakt it will not remember analog dreams, hybrid keys, or ethereal earth. I have tried using the updates found of this page:

Initially they work. But when I restart my computer it did not. I do believe I did get it to recall all three after many attempts, even after restarting my computer, but when I loaded an older project into FL Studio, it forget all 3 once again. Is there some way to remedy this issue?
