Ultimate

I bought KOMPLETE 15 ULTIMATE Update DL (Download) last year and keep it all up to date from Native Access. When I check for updates or new stuff, I see Ultimate 15 is still being offered to me for an additional £359 even though I am logged into my account. I think I have all the software installed already. Am I missing something?

The Native Instruments site isn't the smartest when it comes to offering updates/upgrade/crossgrades etc. If you already have Ultimate 15 you're OK to just ignore the offers.

Reason for the site behavior most likely is that you have a qualifying software that has not yet had it's potential upgrade path used. E.g. like if you have a Komplete Select that has not yet been used as base for an upgrade. As mykejb writes then the N.I. shopping site is not always acting in a way that makes sense to users.
