No sound with Symphony Essentials

This morning I bought Komplete 13 Ultimate.

Most packs play fine, except the symphony essentials.

There is simply no sound, except the previews.

Sometimes a message pops up saying that it's not activated, but in Native Access it all seems fine and show the Serial.

Any idea off what could be the problem?

Did you move the modulation wheel up on your synth. to get some volume ?

Hi @RobertGlotzbach it sounds like your DAW (I'm guessing you're not using a standalone version of Kontakt) still opens an outdated version of Kontakt. Can you double check that the file path is correct just in case?
