Maschine essentials (maschine 2, etc.) is not working

Hey, guys. I just bought Maschine micro mk3 and it was written that it includes also software but it's not showing up in native access account. It shows only several instruments.

Maybe You are familiar with this “problem“? I read quite a lot of forum posts about this problem, but is it really means that it's not included (the software) and I need to buy it? :)

You don't need to buy it as you'll get the Maschine 3 software free of charge. It looks like there's a glitch in the systems though which means support have to add it to your account.
